Recent Paintings

My current work draws on a number of themes including architecture (particularly military buildings and installations), Cold War history and Nuclear Science.

Paintings are built up with numerous thin layers of paint on unprimed, unstretched canvas. They are painted flat on the floor which allows the paint some freedom to find its own way over the surface.
